Reservation form for school field trips
Wind Walker Learning Center is more than just great
entertainment for the whole family, we also offer a great educational
resource that supplements any history-based school curriculum.
SCHEDULING YOUR PROGRAM
We’re sorry, but you cannot schedule any of our educational
programs on-line at this time. Please call the Wind Walker Learning
Center Education Coordinator at
435-462-0282 or email at info@windwalkerlearning.org
to make your reservation. Office hours are Monday – Friday
8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Reservations must be made three weeks in advance.
When you call or email, please provide the following:
*The tour or program you would like.
*Desired date (with alternatives).
*Anticipated arrival and departure times.
*Name of teacher/ coordinator in charge
*Complete mailing address and telephone number
*Grade and number of students
WORRY FREE LUNCHES
You get the students here and let us worry about
their lunches! At your scheduled lunchtime on the day of your
field trip, your lunches will be waiting for you. “Worry
Free” lunch combo meals are available by reservation only
with one week notice. Mix and match the meals so all your kids
are happy. Payment for your tour and lunches can be with one check.
Cost per meal: $3.25
• Combo #1 hot dog, chips, lemonade, ice cream
bar*
• Combo #2 hamburger, chips, lemonade, ice cream bar*
• Combo #4 peanut butter with jelly on the side, chips,
lemonade, ice cream bar*
• Combo #5 hot dogs, baked beans and biscuits cow trail
style, ice cream bar*
*In cold months instead of ice cream bar & lemonade we have
apple cider and brownie
