Building Structure:The building is estimated to be approximately 8100 square feet in the shape of an Octagon or Geodome. There would be a center to the building for group gatherings of up to 200 people. Around the center of the building would be separate and private health and wellness targeted rooms. It will also contain a natural spa facility and an exercise area. Potential Funding options: Besides grant and donations every Saturday Conducting a wellness clinic, once a month a week dedicated to intensive nutritional learning program. After building is complete we would gain a percent of services offered and / or space rent to be placed back into the general fund of the Learning Center. Some services are currently being offered through the facilities of Wind Walker Guest Ranch. Inquire about upcoming events on www.windwalker.org These figures have been tentatively placed for
guidelines for the entire project building fund. These building
will meet requirements for the environmentally sustainable communities
and will be earth friendly to native surrounding areas.
Potential Revenue: $624,000.
Figured at 6 service rooms at 8 hours a day for 300 days out of
the year. A minimum charge for a service would be $50.00
