	General Board of Directors
Details	Will oversee Learning Centers overall mission, vision, and programs. Will be responsible for establishing and maintaining financial accountability and code of ethics, select evaluate, and support chief executive, establish policy and procedures, ensure adequate resources, and serve as advocates and ambassadors in the community for the work of the organization.
Skills	We seek bright, creative, socially and politically connected self-starters who share our basic mission and vision. Should posses prior experience serving on a nonprofit board, attend meetings as designated by bylaws, leadership qualities, good team player, group experience and interpersonal skills and be good at networking.
Volunteers Needed	5
Hours Required	4-10 hours a month
